Some people crave perfection. That perfectly powder-coated frame with matching levers, calipers, grips and valve caps. Other people love the steam punk, raw-metal patina of a brushed tank, neatly pinstriped and clear coated. Like anything, there's no one way to make it beautiful but finite attention to detail must be the driving force behind any kind motorcycle build.
Our bikes are handcrafted by a small team of talented engineers, artisans and master mechanics. We strip them down, shave the tabs, send out parts for powdercoating and chrome plating, create unique fabricated parts custom to each bike, rebuild the motors if need be, install brand new high performance carbs, change all the rubber and hoses, clean and seal the tank, rewire the electronics, replace the stator, tension guide & chain, rectifier, regulator & charging system, points to Pamco and then we start to build the bike back up! We use only top of the line aftermarket parts such as Motobits, Joker and Shorty. Custom designed battery trays, heavier oils in the shocks and steering dampener and a secret apple cider vinegar concoction to bring the fuel system back to its original glory. Our paint guy Mike does it the old-fashion way, baking each layer on one at a time before clear coating and wow what a difference it makes. It may cost more to do it this way (our cost is well over 2k just for paint) but like grandma used to say, "If you're going to do something, do it right and exact."
At the end of the day, our bikes are still the best bang for your buck hands down. At Clubman Cycles, we excel in style, stance and attention to the most minute details that makes all the difference in the final product because we love these bikes as much as you do. We don't just build them, we ride and race them just like you.
